Q: What is the idea?
Well the initial idea was not mine. My son told me about the Million Dollar Home Page, which
is where the whole pixel-page concept started by an 21 year University student Alex Tew. Alex was looking
for a clever way to pay his bills. A pixel-page is an advertising concept where advertisers buy
a block of pixels in which to place their ad. This concept that only appears simple has already
brought its author the first half of the desired U$ 1,000,000.
His goal is to make twice as much! Not only Alex made an Internet history,
but he full heartedly shared his original ideas with others allowing to publish sister pages.
My goal is 10 time smaller. I want to try to make U$ 100,000 by selling 1,000,000 pixels for
US 10 cents each. I decided to add a banner option to make my visitors happy and serach the content easily.
So, everyone is welcome to buy my pixels, which are available in 100-pixel 'blocks' (each measuring 10x10 pixels).
You will see the homepage is divided into 10,000 of these 100-pixel blocks (hence there are 1,000,000 pixels in total).
The reason for selling them in 100-pixel blocks is because anything smaller would be too small to display anything meaningful.
You can buy as many pixels as you like, as long as there are some available (see the live stats in the top right
corner of the page). When you buy some pixels, you can then display an image/ad/logo of your choice in the
space you have purchased. You can also have the image click through to your own website. If you buy 600 pixels or more (for U$120 or more), you will have an option to publish your large Banner image that will appear when people hover the cursor over your image/ad/logo. However, no obscene, nude or offensive images and contents are allowed.
The pixels you buy will be displayed on Million Dollar Page permanently for atleast 5 Year. The Million Dollar Page will not change.
I guarantee that I will keep this site online for at least 5 years, or as long as the original MDHP is alive.
As Alex, I want it to become a kind of internet time capsule. So, in the long run, I believe the pixels will offer good value for Asian Market.

Q:Why can't I buy one single pixel?
Why would you want to buy a single pixel.
In practice, it wouldn't be so effective. You wouldn't be able to display anything meaningful in one pixel - nor click
it easily - so visually, it would be pointless. I agree with Alex, with thousands of random tiny colored dots all over the place, the homepage would look ghastly.
In addition, the site might appeal more to people with businesses/websites to advertise than it might to individuals,
or to put it more accurately,
businesses would pay more to have a meaningful graphic on the
homepage. Hence the minimum purchase is U$10 - a 10x10 pixel block. Hence
the large size pop-up banner option. However, the 10 cents per pixel
price and the pop-up banner option will make it affordable for Asian Market,
not just businesses, to have a meaningful graphic that appears when
visitors hover their cursor over your image.
Q: How long will the site be online?
The site will be online for 5 years guaranteed, however the aim is to keep the site online forever.
The idea is to create a homepage that is permanent. Everything on the internet keeps changing so fast,
it will be nice to have something that stays
solid and permanent for many years. You can be a part of that!
Q:Are you worried about copy-cats/rip-offs?
The idea is not mine! There are many pages on Internet that sell or give free pixels using Alex's pixel-page concept.
A healthy competition animates everyone to improve pixel-page concept.
Alex is reaching his goal at an amazing speed. I know I'm did my part to help him do that
with the pixels I have bought from him. I
believe Million Dollar Page in Asia will help people have a large,
clear, affordable ad for asian customers. It will always be the people's choice to
publish here or on the original Asian Page to target Asian Customers.
Q:Can I buy my pixels now and provide you with a pop-up image later.
Yes for now. But I reserve the right to
change this condition if traffic to my site increases and doesn't
allow time to help you with this.
Q:What kinds of ads can I make?
Your ads are subject to the limitations common to the majority of pixel sites:
No obscene/offensive/adult links will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit
a link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult
material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind
for the link downtime.
Q: What kind of people are you expecting to buy pixels on Million Dollar Page?
In short, the little guy. While big businesses and reach people can afford to spend $6,000 on a huge ad
on the original Million Dollar Web Page, the truth is most people don't have that kind of money to spend on marketing.
The little guy can only hope that his tiny 100 pixel ad all alone amidst the colorful chaos would be noticed by people.
Now I am giving the visitors to my site a chance to actually SEE a large ad and large pop-up for the little guy's site so they will want to click on it.
In addition, even people that are not doing
business on Internet my want to leave their trace in the Internet
History, when doing this does not cost them much (e.g., a photo of a
child, newlywed).
